Kick off the the Summer Racing Carnival at Pukekura Raceway with an action-packed afternoon of racing, a brand new fashion at the races event, Silk Spa Style Stakes | Spring Edition, followed by an evening of musical entertainment.

Join us on Friday the 3rd of November for the first of our two Friday twilight race meetings in November, where we start the celebrations with the La Nuova Twilight Fiesta! A lively event starting mid-afternoon with an 8 race card, then as the sun sets and the lights go on, you can the night away to your favourite songs.

This popular race day sells out fast, so book early to avoid disappointment.

Lounge Facilities
Floor to ceiling glass providing superior views of the track. Tables on tier one have Trackside TVs, with additional TVs located strategically around the lounge. Bet and Collect facilities, full cash bar, café, and amenities.

Venue
Shared inside space, tables on tiered levels for optimal viewing. Tables seat 6-8, multiple tables are located next to, or adjacent, each other based on bookings and numbers.

Hospitality Package | Premium Mini Marquee Precinct

You're right in the heart of the racing action in the premium trackside mini-marquee precinct. Get up close to the horses as they parade past on their way to the adjacent birdcage, and feel the thundering hooves as the horses race past to the Winning Post.

A prime location perfect for racing enthusiasts, the marquees are positioned so you can soak up all the racing action, enjoy amazing views of the home straight, while you savour a delicious buffet meal, and premium beverage package.

Enclosure Facilities
Individual marquees with picket fenced lawn per booking. Prime view of the track, parade shute, and birdcage. Bet and Collect marquee with Trackside TVs. Catering and bar facilities exclusively for precinct guest use. Amenities located in the adjacent La Mer Lounge.

Venue
Private outside space with shared facilities. Located in front of the grandstand all marquees include a table for ten guests within the marquee, a bar leaner, sun umbrella, and picket fencing for your enclosure. Additional guests are accommodated at bar leaners, or a second table of ten, alfresco.

Please note: When the weather is unsuitable marquee guests will be relocated to an inside location, determined by availability.

Hospitality Package | The Garden Bar

The Garden Bar is the hot spot for the Summer Carnival. With views of the parade ring, and home straight, this alfresco area is available as a shared space, or host your group exclusively with a customised hospitality package.

The Garden Bar is the perfect setting for a fun and relaxing day of racing, with plenty of atmosphere.

With only five Summer Carnival race days, this area will in high demand. Contact us early to secure your booking.

The above package can be customised to suit your requirements if you choose to book The Garden Bar exclusively for your group. Minimum booking 70 guests for exclusive use.

Enclosure Facilities
Elevated views of the parade ring and home straight. Catering and bar within enclosure. Bet and Collect facilities located adjacent. Amenities available in Tuson Stand, or La Mer Lounge.

Venue
Shared or exclusive outside space. Located next to the grandstand, seating configuration is subject to the use on the day. There is a range of seating options available from casual bar leaners through to formal round tables. Sun umbrellas will provide shade on sunny days, or marquees will be erected if the weather forecast predicts rain.

Hospitality Package | The Village

Whether you’re looking to entertain guests, or to spend the day with friends and family The Village offers racegoers a multi-purpose trackside location where you can soak up the sensational atmosphere, whether in a private mini-marquee or fun shared space with other like-minded attendees.

Partake in a relaxing meal, enjoy a beverage from the bar, and socialise in the communal lawn. The Village is your Entertainment Destination at Pukekura Raceway.

The Village Facilities
Sweeping views of the home straight down to the Winning Post. Fenced area on the city side of the racecourse complex. Bet and Collect facilities provided either in the permanent housing, or by a TAB caravan. Catering will be subject to the hospitality package purchased, and there will be food available to purchase in a café style or from a food truck. Some hospitality packages have drink waiter service, and there will be a bar available for all Village attendees to us. Amenities will either be available within the enclosure or a short walk to the Tuson Stand.

Venue
Shared outside space, with options for private mini marquees. There is a mixture of exclusive, shared, and communal spaces offering a range of seating options. Private and shared marquees have tables of ten. Communal areas will have bar leaners, and sun umbrellas.
