Thursday the 26th of October, is Charity Day at Pukekura Raceway, and we choose to continue to support the Taranaki Life Education Trust and their efforts.
For 30 years Life Education has been teaching health in New Zealand schools. Life Education helps children to: Develop life skills relating to their health and wellbeing, understand how to make healthy choices, gain knowledge about health and their bodies, develop self esteem and a positive understanding of themselves, and develop strategies for relating to others.
There are over 40 Life Education Trust’s throughout New Zealand and none of them receive government funding. All funds raised here in Taranaki, stay in Taranaki.
